The overwhelming needs that we encounter day after day in Burkina Faso have created an atmosphere where relief organizations focus their efforts on delivering much needed short-term aid time and again.

We believe it is time to go beyond short-term solutions and focus our attention on the transformation that can be created with long-term, sustainable answers to some of the challenges in Burkina Faso.

• Providing women with job training and leadership development that will help them create sustainable solutions for their families.
